Why Carelyst exists

Carelyst comes from years of firsthand experience in the homecare industry, from the scheduling desk to attendance in the field. We saw the same problems everywhere: schedules that drift from reality, visits nobody can prove happened, hours signed by a friend instead of a fingerprint, billing built on guesswork, and caregivers stuck with tools that were designed for an office, not a doorstep. That experience is what made us build Carelyst.

Every hour billed is an hour proven. Visits verify themselves when everything checks out, and a human looks only at the exceptions. Caregivers without smartphones punch in with a fingerprint. Families see the care that was delivered. And every agency gets its own private database in Canada, because a client's health record should never sit in a database shared with other companies.
